工作职责：

-支持设计团队进行新产品开发和已有产品的维护和改进。
-To assist the design team in new product development and existing products improvement and maintenance.
-学习产品开发流程，熟悉开发系统，培养必要的技能，准备成为一名高效项目团队的成员。
-To learn product development process and systems, develop skills required, in order to become an effective project team. member in the future.
-运用专业的知识和技能协助工程师完成新产品的设计开发。
-To assist engineer in designing and developing new product with professional knowledge.
-协助工程师完成现有产品的优化。
-To assist engineer in improvement and maintenance of existing products.
-协助准备产品项目进展及技术支持的相关文件 。
-To assist in preparing relevant profiles about product project progress and technology support.
-作为跨部门团队合作成员，与ME、采购等部门紧密合作，熟悉其他相关部门的职责和流程。
-To work as member in cross-function team, be familiar with responsibility and process of other department, cooperate with ME, purchase department etc.

任职资格：

-电子或电气等相关专业，本科或以上学历。
-Major in Electrical, Electronics Engineering with bachelor degree or higher.
-较强的创新能力；强烈的不断学习和应用的意愿；能使用MS office及相关制图软件:有通过三维方式将产品可视化与概念化。
-Strong aptitude for innovation and creativity; Proficient in MS office and understanding in Design software, Able to visualize and conceptualize in three-dimensional manner.
-具有优秀的分析和解决问题的能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力。
-Good problem-solving, communication and team working skill.
-具备优秀的英语表达和书写能力，能看懂英文技术文件。
-Good Oral and written English (CET- 4), and able to read English technical document.
